No. 10 Cast Iron Skillet

The No. 10 is a 10.25-inch skillet with a 2-inch wall, a long handle with a thumb rest, and a helper handle opposite. It's poured from recycled iron sourced from Pennsylvania mills, then the cooking surface is CNC-machined flat and smooth. Three coats of flaxseed oil are baked on at 500°F before it leaves the building. Works on induction, gas, electric, in the oven, under the broiler, on the grill and over a fire. The first 1,000 skillets carry a 'First Pour' stamp and serial number on the underside.

Ordering opens February 2027. No payment is taken on this site until then. Launch-list members are notified first.
