Does it work on induction?
Yes. Cast iron works on induction, gas, electric and ceramic cooktops, plus ovens, grills and open fire.
How is it lighter than other cast iron?
Thinner, more even walls from precise molds and machining. The No. 10 weighs 4.6 lb; most 10-inch skillets weigh 5 to 5.5 lb.
Is the seasoning food safe?
Yes. We use only flaxseed oil, baked on at 500°F. No synthetic coatings.
How do I care for it?
Rinse hot, scrub with the chainmail if needed, dry on the stove for a minute, wipe a drop of oil on. Soap is fine. The dishwasher is not.
What's the warranty?
Lifetime against cracking, warping and casting defects. Rust and scratches are normal use and polish out.
